As a supervisor, you’ll design ships, delight our guests, and drive the company forward by expanding our network, developing new technologies, and growing our workforce. We work as one company—your fellow supervisors’ successes will often support your own.

Make no mistake, though: this is a competition. In three years, our CEO will step down, and the supervisor who proves themselves the best will take their place.
