Do you have a newsletter that I can sign up to?

Yes! You can sign up to our newsletter by adding your email address to the newsletter signup at the bottom of our home page.

Can I visit you to purchase games and hobby supplies, or can I collect my order?

Yes. Our hours are Monday: 9.00 - 5.00, Tuesday: 9.00 - 5.00, Wednesday: Closed, Thursday: Closed, Friday: 9.00 - 5.00, Saturday: 9.00 - 5.00, Sunday: 10.00 - 4.00.

Click & Collect is available from the shipping options (Friday-Tuesday during opening hours).

Free parking.

 

Do you post worldwide?

Sorry, due to increased shipping costs we only ship products within England, Scotland & Wales. In addition, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, PO Boxes or BFPO locations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive, and how much is shipping?

Orders are sent by Royal Mail or courier and usually arrive within 2-5 working days after dispatch. If your parcel is being delivered to a remote area such as the Highlands, Islands of Scotland or Isle of Man it may take up to 7 working days.

How long does a backorder take?

Backorders of Games Workshop products usually take 3-10 days to arrive in stock with us, as long as they're in stock with Games Workshop. Board Games can take anywhere from 4 days to 9 months depending on their current in print status.

What days do you dispatch internet orders?

Internet orders are dispatched week days.

Do gift vouchers have an expiry date?

Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Promotional vouchers may have a shorter date.

I want to return an item from my internet order.

You may return most new unopened items, at your own expense, within 14 days of delivery for a product refund or exchange. Please note that custom order items, such as t-shirts, mugs and glasses; items ordered in specially at your request; RPG books and other books which are eligible for a free PDF copy with the physical purchase; orders which included a free promo item; mystery/blind boxes; sale or clearance items; advent calendars; event tickets; are firm sale and cannot be returned. If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping will be deducted from the refund.

In the unlikely event that the return is a result of our error, we will also refund the return postage up to our standard postage costs.

If returned items are not in the same condition as when they left our warehouse, we reserve the right to deduct 50% from the refund or refuse the refund completely.

In the rare event of product faults, please contact the publisher who will provide a replacement part.

If you want to return an item from your internet order, please contact us with your full name, order number and full details about the item you want to return, including the reason for the return. We will then send you your returns paperwork if the item is a returnable product. Refunds can take up to 10 working days from the date the refund was processed.

I want to cancel a pre-order.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time up until 10 days before your package is preparing to dispatch. Please note that release dates are estimated by the publisher and may be earlier or later than expected. Please read our T&Cs for full details.

I ordered some in stock items plus a pre-order item and my order hasn’t arrived yet.

If you order in stock items at the same time as a pre-order, your order will be held until the pre-order item has arrived in stock. If you would like your in stock items sent sooner, please order the pre-order item separately.

My Infinity miniature is missing a part. What can I do?

Infinity models come with a ticket. Do not throw away that ticket until you have checked that all parts have been included. In the rare event of a mis-pack, Corvus Belli will send you the missing part quickly. For more information, visit their website to complete a claim form.

There's a problem with my Games Workshop Product. What can I do?

Email Games Workshop Customer Services with the following information:- Some photographs and a description to explain the issues with your product(s).

- Confirmation of your shipping address, email address and contact telephone number.
