Catham City is steeped in intrigue and deceit, corrupted officials, bribed cops, lying journalists... one must have thick fur and sharp claws to survive here, in this dump, and even prosper. On every turn you will have a choice: you can take more cards to gain the support of one of the factions in the city or you can turn your collected resources against your rivals. A fast-playing, thematic card game!
