It's no secret that I love Descent: Legends of the Dark, so it should come as no surprise that I'm thrilled about the announcement of Act II. The expansion, titled The Betrayer's War, has been revealed in an exciting trailer. In Act II, you'll be able to continue your adventures with Brynn, Chance, Galaden, Kehli, Vaerix, and Syrus, but they'll face new enemies and challenges.
Fortunately, our heroes have learned new abilities and have new hero cards with updated artwork and skills. While you'll be using the new hero cards during Act II, any cards you unlocked in Act I can still be used.
The miniatures in the upcoming second act are expected to maintain the same high quality as those in the first act, featuring new and thrilling sculpts.
