Please note that custom order items, such as t-shirts and glasses; items ordered in specially at your request; RPG books and other books which are eligible for a free PDF copy with the physical purchase; orders which included a free promo item; sale or clearance items; are firm sale and cannot be returned. In the rare event of product faults, please contact us and we will be happy to advise you of the publisher's replacement policy.
If you want to return an item from your internet order, please contact us with your full name, order number and full details about the item you want to return, including the reason for the return. We will then send you your returns paperwork if the item is a returnable product.
I want to cancel a pre-order.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time up until your package is preparing to dispatch. Please note that release dates are estimated by the publisher and may be earlier or later than expected.
I ordered some in stock items plus a pre-order item and my order hasn’t arrived yet.
If you order in stock items at the same time as a pre-order, your order will be held until the pre-order item has arrived in stock. If you would like your in stock items sent sooner, please order the pre-order item separately.
A pre-order product is showing as ‘in stock’ but the text says the expected release date is several months from now.
A pre-order product will be highlighted in several ways; pre-order text before the product description; delivery time states ‘PREORDER’; if a product image is displayed, it will have a pre-order banner across it. Availability will show as ‘in stock’ to show that our initial order of the product has not yet sold out and is still available for you to pre-order.

Mutant Dice Games?
We’ve all had our dice affected by the Dice Gods; those times when your dice refuse to do what you need them to do. They roll low when you’re attacking, and high when the monsters are attacking. And when things are going well, every roll is a critical hit. Mutant dice are your lucky dice that roll well most of the time. We all need some mutant dice!
